We are a multi-generational family operation who has been proudly farming and ranching the Brazos River Bottom since 1860. We saddle up together, we dine together, and we love our animals together.

Our family is as intentional in the kitchen as we are in the pasture. We ask questions about our food and how it nourishes our bodies and believe healthy bodies start with what is on our plates. If we wouldn't feed it to our family why would we feed it to yours?
No Drugs Or Junk Food!
Not only are our animals 100% drug, hormone, and chemical free, but our grass is too! This means each animal is allowed to roam and graze, peck and scratch, forage and frolic away the way nature intended without any industrial interference. They are just naturally cool that way.
