$450 non-refundable day/evening fee includes:

- 1, whitetail doe + 1, wild hog + $150 each additional doe or hog

(day-fee waived upon successful harvest or blood draw)

$350 non-refundable day fee per gun for all hunters (waived upon successful harvest or blood draw)

$3,000 - 1, trophy buck (8 points or greater)

$2,250 - 1, management buck (less than 8 points and not wider than 18.5 inches)

A non-refundable fee of $500 must be paid for every buck upon booking as a deposit to schedule and secure the dates that you intend to hunt. The remaining fee for both management and trophy hunts are due upon harvesting your buck, or when blood is drawn. Each hunt comes with guaranteed success to be put on an animal, if you are not presented with an opportunity to shoot you have the right to return upon a later date, subject to dates available, until you are satisfied with your hunting results. A day fee is required upon every visit.

All hunters at The Bar W Ranch must be accompanied by a guide which we will provide for you. A minimum of 20% gratuity of the total hunting fee is expected for each guide.

If you choose to have your guide field dress your animals, there is a $100 fee for each animal.

If there is a need for tracking dogs to find your animal, that is an additional $300 fee.

We are happy to take your animal to the processor for $100 as well as our local taxidermist for an addtional $100.
