Big Mac Salad Bowl
For those of us who would eat a burger a day if we could.
Ingredients:
2 lbs Bar W Ranch ground beef (or 1lb ground brisket & 1 lb traditional ground)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup dill pickles, chopped
½ cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
½ cup red or white onion, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, sliced or diced
Big Mac Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp dill pickle relish
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp pickle juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Whisk together all sauce ingredients and refrigerate while preparing the bowl.
Season ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and brown in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Arrange lettuce in a large serving bowl and top with beef, cheddar, pickles, jalapeños, onion, tomatoes, and avocado.
Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and serve immediately.
